ABOUT US

The main object of Noble Tower is to put Real Estate Investing, All in one place. When I first got into Real Estate Investing, I didn’t have a large amount of knowledge about the process. I thought that you needed to go to the foreclosure auctions and buy a property and then fix it up and that was the only way. Then I found out that you need to be able to pay cash at the auction, I didn’t have that money. So then I found that there are foreclosure groups that will buy at auction for you and connect you to hard money lenders. So I did that. Then I needed to find contractors, I had one contractor that I knew, so I partnered with him and we went to flipping the property. He ended up overselling what he could actually do, so then I need to find to contractors and didn’t have any resources for that. I just called and set up estimates and hired for jobs and some did well and others did not. While doing my first flip, I started to found out from people that I was talking to, that there are many different ways and methods used in dealing with Real Estate Investing. I also Found out that money of the opportunities are only available through networking, and if you don’t have the contacts, you don’t have access to them. I then started tapping into these networks and doing more deals, but I still felt like I only had access to a small percentage of what is available. So I started looking for places and ways to extend my reach and I found a few resources but each place only was limited as well. Then I decided that I would create the place that brings it all together which will benefit parties and all sides, on a local level.

I grew up in Southern California, and attended San Diego State University. While at SDSU, I wanted to get into house flipping but I was a broke college student. I heard the you don’t need money to do real estate pitches, so I went to a few seminars and they all seemed like scam programs or they would say you just need to find an investor to bankroll your projects. I though “what wealthy person wants to give hundreds of thousands of dollars to a young 20 something with no experience,” so I didn’t pursue it at that point. Then after graduating I lived in Seoul, South Korea of a year and did sometraveling and when I returned to the US I got a job and went to work, but I always still wanted to get into real estate. Finally in 2013 I got my first property. I didn’t have a large amount of knowledge about the whole process. I had been slowly gaining things from when I was first in college and through the years to that point, but it was mostly on the market side. I had a contractor friend that I knew, so I partnered with him and we went to flipping the property. He ended up overselling what he could actually do, so then I need to find contractors and I didn’t have any resources for that. I just called and set up estimates and hired for jobs and some did well and others did not. While doing my first flip, I started to find out from people that I was talking to, that there are many different ways and methods used in dealing with Real Estate Investing. I also found out that many of the opportunities are only available through networking, and if you don’t have the contacts, you don’t have access to them. I then started tapping into these networks and doing more deals, and I partnered with a few different people until I found the partnership group that I am a part of today. I still feel like we only have access to a small percentage of what is fully available. So I started looking for places and ways to extend my reach and I found a few resources but each is limited as well. Then I decided that I would create the place that brings it all together which will benefit parties and all sides, on a local level.
